I made a delicious tuna bowl for dinner this weekend. Andrew and I are always looking for an excuse to eat Ahi Tuna and we decided this would be great after going over meal ideas. I made mine very similar to this recipe on PopSugar. I used the exact marinade and then added cooked zucchini and avocado to the bowl in addition to the brown rice and tuna. I would have used seaweed salad, as we do enjoy that but our local grocery stores tend not to have ingredients like that. This ended up being an amazing dinner for us though that we really enjoyed! The tuna was only $8 and the rest of the ingredients cost less then $5 so it was a very affordable and healthy option as opposed to going out for sushi. We will definitely be making this the next time we are craving Ahi Tuna.
